Privacy Policy

Fut Squad · Last updated: October 8, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Fatmagul Gurses ("we," "our," or "us") handles information when you use the Fut Squad app for iPhone and iPad (bundle ID com.fatmagul.Fut-Squad, the "App"). Fut Squad lets you design FUT-style player cards and build squads and formations.

This policy covers the Fut Squad app only (its App Store name can differ by country, for example "FC27 Fut Card Creator Squad"; it is the app with the bundle ID above), in all current versions. Other apps we publish have their own policies. By using the App you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the App.

2. The Short Version

  • There are no user accounts. You never give us a name, email address or password to use the App.
  • We do not run our own servers or databases for the App. The data described below is collected by the third-party services built into the App.
  • The photos you use for your cards stay on your device. The App does not upload them anywhere.
  • Free users see ads. Ads and install measurement may use your advertising identifier (IDFA), but only if you allow it in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
  • We do not sell your personal information for money.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide

  • Feedback: If you send feedback from the App (Profile, then Get Support) or email us directly at wisdomaiapplication@gmail.com, your message, the optional reply email address you type, and a short technical report (see section 8) go into an email draft addressed to wisdomaiapplication@gmail.com. Nothing is sent until you press Send in your own mail app. If no mail app is available, the App copies the same text to your clipboard so you can paste it yourself.
  • Choices you make in the App: Your onboarding answers (what you want to do in the App, and the league and club you pick) are saved on your device and are also reported as analytics events, described below.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically by the Services Built Into the App

  • App and device information: App version, iOS version, device model, language and region, time zone, and network connection details. Every network request also reveals your IP address to the service receiving it, which can be used to derive an approximate location such as your country or city. The App does not use GPS or request your precise location.
  • Identifiers: A Firebase installation identifier and Firebase app-instance ID, an anonymous RevenueCat app user ID, an AppsFlyer ID, Apple's vendor identifier (IDFV), and Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you allow tracking.
  • Usage events: Screens you open; onboarding steps and answers; when the paywall is shown; when you start, complete, cancel or fail a purchase and whether it was the monthly or yearly plan; when you tap Restore Purchases; when a card is created (the event contains no card content); when you submit feedback and its category; and whether the in-app rating prompt was requested. Firebase Analytics also records its standard automatic events, such as first open, session start and in-app purchase (product, price and currency).
  • User properties: Whether you have an active Fut Squad Premium subscription (true or false), and which onboarding version you were shown (we test two versions of the onboarding flow; your version is chosen at random and saved on your device).
  • Crash data: If the App crashes, Firebase Crashlytics receives a crash report with technical details such as the app state, device model, iOS version and app version.
  • Purchase and subscription status: Which Fut Squad Premium product you hold, whether it is active, and whether it is in a free trial. Apple processes your payment. We never receive your card number or Apple ID.
  • Advertising data: When ads are shown, the ad service receives technical device data and records ad requests, impressions, clicks and rewards.
  • Push notification tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging gives your installation a registration token. If you allow notifications, Apple also issues a push token for your device, and the App passes it to Firebase so notifications can reach you.

3.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not collect your name, email address or phone number through the App (an email address reaches us only if you send feedback).
  • We do not collect precise location, contacts, calendar, health data, microphone audio or browsing history.
  • We do not collect payment card details. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple.
  • We do not receive your photos or finished cards (see section 4).

4. Photos, Camera and Your Cards

  • Choosing a portrait: When you pick a photo from your library or take one with the camera for a card, the App uses iOS's standard picker or camera. You can crop it right there.
  • Background removal: The automatic background removal runs entirely on your device using a machine-learning model bundled inside the App. The photo is not sent to any server, and the removal does not require an internet connection.
  • Finished cards: Cards and squads are drawn on your device. When a finished card or squad image is shown on the result screen, the App saves it to your Photos library using iOS's add-only permission and shows you a confirmation. The App cannot read the rest of your photo library through that permission. If you use iCloud Photos, Apple may sync saved images according to your own iCloud settings.
  • No image uploads: The App does not upload your photos or finished cards to us or to any third party. They are not attached to analytics events, crash reports or feedback emails.
  • Permissions: The camera and photo permissions are optional and are requested by iOS only when you use the related feature. You can change them at any time in Settings.

5. How We Use Information

  • Providing the App: Showing your Premium status, restoring purchases, and loading remote settings such as a required-update notice.
  • Analytics and improvement: Understanding which features are used, where people leave onboarding, and how the paywall performs, so we can improve the App.
  • Stability: Finding and fixing crashes and bugs, and answering feedback.
  • Advertising: Showing ads in the free version of the App, and measuring them.
  • Marketing measurement: Learning which campaigns or ads led to an install or subscription (attribution), including Apple Ads attribution.
  • Notifications: Sending the reminders and announcements described in section 7.
  • Legal and safety: Preventing fraud and abuse, and complying with the law.

6. Third-Party Services in the App

These are the services built into Fut Squad. They act as our service providers and have their own privacy policies:

  • Apple (App Store, in-app purchases, StoreKit, push notifications, App Tracking Transparency, Apple Ads attribution): Apple Privacy Policy.
  • Firebase, a Google service, using Analytics (usage events), Crashlytics (crash reports), Remote Config (app settings and the onboarding test), Cloud Messaging (push notifications) and Installations (installation identifiers). With your permission, Firebase Analytics can also read the IDFA. See Firebase privacy information.
  • RevenueCat (subscription management): receives your anonymous app user ID, purchase and subscription status, device and app details, your IP address, Apple's vendor identifier (IDFV) and, only if you allow tracking, the IDFA, an Apple Ads attribution token, your AppsFlyer ID, and your onboarding version. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
  • AppsFlyer (install attribution): measures which campaign led to an install. It receives device and app details, your IP address, its own AppsFlyer ID, Apple's vendor identifier (IDFV), and the IDFA only if you allow tracking. RevenueCat may also pass validated subscription events to AppsFlyer from its servers so we can measure campaign results. See the AppsFlyer Privacy Policy.
  • Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) (advertising): serves banner, full-screen and rewarded ads, with its ad-quality component that checks ads for safety. It and the ad partners it works with receive device and app details, your IP address and ad interaction data, and the IDFA only if you allow tracking. See the Unity Privacy Policy.

We do not use any other analytics, advertising or sign-in services in the App.

7. Advertising, Tracking and Notifications

7.1 Ads

The free version of Fut Squad shows banner ads, full-screen ads between some actions, and optional rewarded ads. Active Premium subscribers are not shown banner or full-screen ads. In current versions the advertising service starts only after your App Tracking Transparency choice is known (if iOS cannot show the prompt, it starts without access to your advertising identifier). In earlier versions it started when the App launched, also without your advertising identifier unless you had allowed tracking.

7.2 App Tracking Transparency

Early in your first session, iOS shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. It explains: "Fut Squad shares your device identifier with our advertising partners so we can show ads that are more relevant to football and FUT fans."

  • If you tap Allow: Your IDFA can be used by our advertising and measurement services (LevelPlay and its ad partners, AppsFlyer, RevenueCat and Firebase Analytics) to personalize and measure ads and to attribute installs. Apple defines this as tracking.
  • If you tap Ask App Not to Track: The IDFA is not available to us or our partners. Ads can still appear, but they are not personalized with your identifier, and the App tells the ad service that you have not given consent.
  • Change your mind any time: Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Tracking, then Fut Squad.

7.3 Notifications

Fut Squad asks for notification permission at a useful moment, for example after you create a card or during the optional notification step in onboarding. If you allow notifications:

  • Reminders on your device: If you are not a Premium subscriber, the App schedules two local reminders after you last leave it (about 2 and 7 days later). They are cancelled when you return. If you are in a free trial and have turned off auto-renew, the App may schedule one local reminder about a day before the trial ends. Local reminders are created on your device, and nothing about them is sent to a server.
  • Push messages: Push messages are sent through Firebase Cloud Messaging, which gives your installation a registration token. Fut Squad places that token in two topics (groups). Everyone is in "all_users", used for general announcements. Only users without an active Premium subscription are in "free_users", which can receive offers; Premium subscribers are removed from it. You see push messages only if you allow notifications.

You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings.

8. Feedback Reports

When you send feedback, the email draft ends with a short technical block that helps us fix problems. It contains the app name, version and build, bundle ID, iOS version, device family and model code, language and region, how the App was installed (App Store, TestFlight or debug), whether you have Premium, a user ID (your anonymous RevenueCat ID, or Apple's vendor identifier if that is unavailable), a short internal app code, and the local time. You can read and edit the whole email before you send it. Your email provider also handles the message under its own policy.

9. Purchases and Subscriptions

Fut Squad Premium (called "Pro" inside the App and in some notifications) is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple handles payment, billing and receipts. The App learns only whether your Premium (Pro) entitlement is active, through RevenueCat. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings under your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. The terms that apply to your purchase are Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

10. Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores a few small items in its own storage on your device: whether you are Premium, how many free card creations remain, whether onboarding is complete, your onboarding answers, your onboarding test version, how many cards you have saved and when the rating prompt was last shown, and cached remote settings. Deleting the App removes them.

11. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal grounds:

  • Contract: Confirming your Premium entitlement and restoring purchases.
  • Consent: Use of the advertising identifier for tracking (the App Tracking Transparency prompt), notifications, and camera and photo access. You can withdraw consent at any time in iOS Settings.
  • Legitimate interests: Analytics, crash reporting, app configuration, attribution, fraud prevention and answering your feedback, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligation: Where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.

12. Data Retention

We do not operate our own database of user data. Information collected by Firebase, RevenueCat, AppsFlyer and LevelPlay is kept by those providers under their own retention schedules, for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Feedback emails stay in our support inbox for as long as needed to answer you and to track recurring problems, and are deleted when no longer needed. Data stored on your device is removed when you delete the App.

13. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only:

  • With the service providers listed in section 6, to run the App, measure it and show ads.
  • When the law, a court or a government authority requires it.
  • To protect the rights, safety or property of our users, ourselves or others.
  • In a merger, acquisition or sale of the App, in which case we will tell you about any change to this policy.

14. Your Choices

  • Tracking and ads: Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking. You can also review ad personalization under Settings, Privacy & Security, Apple Advertising.
  • Notifications: Settings, Notifications, Fut Squad.
  • Camera and Photos: Settings, Fut Squad.
  • Remove ads: Subscribe to Fut Squad Premium.
  • Delete local data: Delete the App from your device.
  • Questions or requests: Email wisdomaiapplication@gmail.com.

15. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data. Because the App has no accounts, we usually need an identifier to find data linked to your installation. The easiest way is to send feedback from the App (Profile, then Get Support) and keep the "User ID" line in the email, or to email us at wisdomaiapplication@gmail.com. We can then ask our providers to access, correct or delete data linked to that ID, to the extent each provider supports it.

15.1 EEA and UK Residents (GDPR)

  • Access, correction and deletion of your personal data.
  • Restriction and objection: Ask us to limit processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Portability: Receive your data in a commonly used format where it applies.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent.
  • Complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

15.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

  • Categories collected in the last 12 months: identifiers (installation, advertising and vendor IDs, IP address), internet and app activity, commercial information (purchase and subscription status), device information and approximate location derived from IP address. We do not collect sensitive personal information.
  • Sale and sharing: We do not sell personal information for money. Allowing advertising partners to receive identifiers such as the IDFA to show targeted ads can count as "sharing" under California law. You can stop this at any time by choosing Ask App Not to Track or by turning off tracking for Fut Squad in iOS Settings.
  • Your rights: Know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive information (not applicable, as we do not collect it), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any right, email wisdomaiapplication@gmail.com. We will respond within the time required by law, generally 30 to 45 days.

16. Data Security

The App uses iOS's default App Transport Security with no exceptions, so the App's own network connections use HTTPS, and the App keeps no user database of its own. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

17. Children's Privacy

Fut Squad is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at wisdomaiapplication@gmail.com and we will work with our providers to remove it.

18. International Data Transfers

Our service providers operate in the United States and other countries, so information collected through the App may be processed outside the country where you live. Where this applies, we rely on our providers' transfer safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

19. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the App or the law changes. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, tell you through the App or the App Store listing. Please review it from time to time.
